As 2024 draws to a close, I reflect with immense pride and gratitude on what has been a truly transformative year for Amir Prestig

This year has been defined by record-breaking achievements, significant expansions, and a steadfast commitment to excellence, innovation, and community. It has been a year of extraordinary milestones that underscore the dedication and hard work of our team, as well as the strength of our brand as a leader in the luxury real estate market.

The year began with outstanding sales results that firmly cemented Amir Prestige’s position at the forefront of the Gold Coast property market. Among our many achievements, the sale of ’41-45 Hedges Avenue, Mermaid Beach’, for $28 million stands as the highest residential sale in Gold Coast history— a landmark transaction that showcases our ability to deliver exceptional outcomes. Similarly, the record-setting sale of ‘159 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach’, for $11.15 million reinforced our dominance in the beachfront market. Other notable achievements included the $6.5 million sale of ‘Palm Hill’ at ’75 Bridgman Drive, Reedy Creek’, as well as a $6.1 million street record in Byron Bay, demonstrating our expertise in diverse markets. In the northern end of the Gold Coast, we achieved remarkable success with a $12 million sale at 1668 Riverdale Drive, Hope Island, the largest transaction in the suburb in over a decade. These significant results have been driven by our innovative marketing strategies and an unparalleled client database, which now exceeds 120,000.

This year also saw the opening of our flagship Broadbeach office, a significant milestone in our growth strategy. Located in one of the Gold Coast’s most vibrant and iconic precincts, this bespoke space combines cutting-edge design with functionality. The Broadbeach office reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence in client service and stands as a statement of our ambition to elevate the real estate experience. With this addition, Amir Prestige now operates across seven offices, extending our reach from the northern Gold Coast to Northern NSW, ensuring we provide seamless service across the region.

In 2024, our team’s expansion was a key driver of our success. We welcomed new sales associates and introduced dedicated business development roles to further support our agents in fostering client relationships and driving growth. This strategic investment in talent has ensured that every agent is supported in delivering the premium service and results for which Amir Prestige is known.

One of the most memorable highlights of 2024 was the Amir Prestige ‘RizeUp’ Gala Ball, hosted at the luxurious Langham Hotel. This event brought our community together in celebration of an important cause, raising over $100,000 for RizeUp, a charity dedicated to supporting survivors of domestic violence. The evening was a spectacular success, featuring five-star dining, live entertainment, and moments of genuine connection, underscoring our deep commitment to philanthropy. Additionally, our major sponsorship of the Mermaid Beach Surf Lifesaving Club exemplifies our dedication to supporting organisations that play an essential role in the safety and well-being of our local community.

Our marketing efforts have also reached unprecedented levels in 2024. Our social media presence grew by an astounding 15,000 followers, and we now reach over one million people every week through engaging, high-quality content that showcases our properties and achievements. The expansion of our marketing team and the establishment of AP Media Group, our in-house media arm, have played a pivotal role in this growth. By producing world-class property campaigns, we ensure that every listing receives the visibility it deserves, capturing the attention of qualified buyers locally and internationally.

In 2024, Amir Prestige also hosted three Grand Auction events that delivered exceptional results for our clients. Our Auctions collectively this year have achieved over $300 million in sales, drawing record attendance and demonstrating our ability to connect motivated buyers with premium properties. These events showcased our ability to deliver high-impact, results-driven campaigns that set new benchmarks in the industry.

This year, our efforts and achievements were recognised across the industry. Amir Prestige was nominated for seven REIQ awards and two Real Estate Business (REB) awards, a testament to our leadership in the market. Additionally, I was deeply honoured to be recognised as one of the top three real estate agents in Australia by REA.com, an accolade that inspires me to continue striving for excellence in service and results.
