An exclusive evening of fine dining and waterfront sophistication marked the official debut of the Gold Coast’s newest culinary destination.

The Gold Coast’s dining elite gathered on Thursday, 30th October 2025, for an exclusive dinner at River House, the city’s newest waterfront gem. Guests arrived at sunset to the soft glow of the Nerang River, welcomed with champagne and canapés on the deck as the skyline shimmered in the background. The event celebrated the opening of River House and  the artistry of award-winning chef Grant Madgwick, whose reputation for culinary excellence preceded him.
