Ocean Road Magazine was among the invited guests at the Arts Gold Coast Foundation’s Celebratory Black-Tie Dinner, held in support of the city’s emerging creative talent.

Chairman Patrick Wallas welcomed guests to the Arts Gold Coast Foundation’s Celebratory Black-Tie Dinner in Support of the Arts, held on Saturday 13th June at Braeside Gin House Creek Estate on Gooding Drive, Merrimac. The black-tie evening, running from 6pm to 10pm, brought together supporters, patrons and friends of the arts for a night dedicated to celebrating and championing creative talent on the Gold Coast.

The event marked a significant moment for the Foundation, which builds on more than fifty-five years of impact established by Friends of the Arts. As the next evolution of that legacy, the Arts Gold Coast Foundation now provides a contemporary platform for philanthropic support, strategic investment and partnerships, with a clear purpose: to strengthen pathways for artistic development, foster creative leadership, and grow sustainable opportunities for artists at every stage of their careers.

Ocean Road Magazine was honoured to attend as an invited guest, joining a room of like-minded supporters who recognise that creative individuals are the lifeblood of a vibrant, resilient and culturally rich community. The evening served as both a celebration of the Foundation’s work to date and a reminder of what remains possible when a community invests meaningfully in its emerging and established artistic talent.
