The first-ever GV70 is offered with a choice of three engines; a refined in-house developed eight-speed automatic transmission and either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. It takes the Genesis strengths of driving comfort and quietness and adds confident, dynamic driving performance and new technologies, to deliver a refreshingly luxurious medium SUV experience.

The new GV70 is elegant as well as innovative. It embodies the Genesis ‘Athletic Elegance’ design philosophy, with breathtaking proportions that accentuate the vehicle’s dynamic, rear-wheel drive architecture. The signature Genesis crest grille and two-stripe quad headlights lend it a distinctive muscular front view and the GV70’s interior is inspired by the Korean love of white space, carefully balancing function and tranquillity to create an open, uncluttered cabin with a sporty, driver-focused instrument layout.

OVERVIEW: GENESIS GV70

The first-ever GV70 is offered with a choice of three engines, a refined in-house developed eight-speed automatic transmission, and either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.

Every GV70 includes the safety of eight airbags, with a centre side airbag between the front seats to prevent serious injuries due to potential driver and passenger collision, in the event of a side impact. There is also an extensive range-standard suite of Genesis Active Safety Control advanced technologies, such as Blind-Spot Collision Avoidance-Assist (BCA), High Beam Assist (HBA), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) and Surround View Monitor (SVM) with 3D surround view.

Every Genesis GV70 features a panorama sunroof, adjustable ambient lighting, an acoustic laminated windshield and front door glass, genuine leather-appointed seats and stitched leather-appointed dashboard and door trims.

Standard conveniences include 12-way power adjustable front seats with heating and ventilation, reclining rear seats, remote start via Smart Key, a power operated tailgate with hands-free opening, and manual sun-shades for the rear doors.

Infotainment features include a 14.5-inch HD touch screen display, navigation with Augmented Reality (AR) view function and live traffic updates, integrated controller with handwriting recognition, digital radio (DAB+), and Apple CarPlay and Google Android Auto compatibility.

There is also a nine-speaker Genesis audio system, wireless (Qi standard) smartphone charging, and dual-zone climate control with temperature control for the second row.

There is also a Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA) system, an 18-way adjustable driver’s seat, an ergo motion massage function for driver’s seat, a passenger seat walk-in switch, a heated steering wheel and second-row seats, and three-zone climate control.

The first-ever GV70 offers ample choice, with 11 exterior colours (eight gloss and three matte), eight interior colours and four interior trim inserts, to allow customers to personalise their SUV.

Complimentary Scheduled Servicing
The Genesis worry-free ownership experience includes Complimentary Scheduled Maintenance. GV70 vehicles are entitled to free scheduled maintenance service (i.e. logbook) services for the first 5 years or 50,000 km (petrol) / 75,000 km (diesel) whichever comes first. The Complimentary Scheduled Maintenance Plan covers labour, parts, lubricants and sundries such as oil and waste recycling and/or removal and workshop supplies etc.

Complimentary Warranty
All GV70 vehicles come equipped with 5 Year / unlimited km (whichever occurs first) other than vehicles used at any time during the warranty period for commercial application.

Genesis-To-You
All GV70 vehicles come with a comprehensive vehicle warranty and Genesis Complimentary Scheduled Maintenance Plan. Owners can also avail themselves of the Concierge Service and Courtesy Vehicle Service.

Valet Service
Genesis Concierge Service will arrange for the pickup and delivery of the customer’s GV70 when it is due for scheduled maintenance or warranty services. For appointments, owners simply contact the Genesis Service Concierge, who will come to the location of the owner’s choice to pick up the vehicle (within 70km driving distance to a Genesis Studio). While the vehicle is serviced, a Genesis courtesy vehicle is left at the owner’s disposal.

Genesis 24/7 Premium Roadside Assistance Program
Upon delivery of their vehicle, owners are seamlessly enrolled in the Genesis 5 Year 24/7 Roadside Assistance program. In the rare event that travel plans take an unexpected turn, Roadside Assistance will provide timely flatbed towing to the nearest Genesis authorised service facility.
