Sanctuary Cove presents “Cocktails and Canvas”
Wednesday, 22 February, 2012 - by Brian Usher Art

The showcase will feature themed works of Sanctuary Cove and beyond, created by two renowned local artists, Karen Black and Lyn Watson. Pieces by these talented artists are well-revered and highly sought-after in the industry, making the Cocktails and Canvas event an extraordinary opportunity to acquire an exclusive piece of art.
The event will be held at the Sanctuary Cove Country Club, a state-of-the-art facility overlooking The Palms golf course. The well-appointed Country Club is the ideal setting for an exclusive evening of art appreciation, delicious canapés and cocktails.
Cocktails and Canvas is hosted by The Rotary Club of Hope Island, a district of Rotary International, an organisation dedicated to service in the community, workplace and around the globe. All proceeds raised by Rotary during Cocktails and Canvas and across the exhibition weekend will be donated to Radio Lollipop on the Gold Coast. Radio Lollipop is a charity dedicated to providing care, comfort, play and entertainment to children in hospital.
Tickets to this fantastic event are just $45 and include canapés as well as an originally elegant cocktail or two on arrival. Tickets must be purchased by February 17th and are available by calling 0418 216 700/ 0422 965 095 or email tickets@hopeislandrotary.org.au.
