Mixing it up every week, the extensive buffet selection rotates and offers seafood and salad bars, soup, bread and cheese stations, a carvery, hot dishes and a dessert counter.

Satisfy your craving for Mexican with Quesadilla’s with guacamole and salsa or fulfil that hankering for Asian with Chinese style roast pork belly with Hoisin sauce. If European is more your style, indulge with choices such as Beef Wellington with creamy mushroom sauce or Chicken Cacciatore with bacon and olives.

At only $49 per person it’s time to eat, drink and discover – cross continental style! Children six to 12 years dine for $27.50 and those under six years eat for free. Club at the Hyatt discounts and vouchers are applicable.

At an additional $11 per person, Cove Cafe presents a wine buffet to match the variety of exotic flavours being served.
